Curcubito & Werebull Oddities Fix

Description
This mod would not be possible without my good friends & talented modders Neiser & sir_kick_me2. 90% of all fixes/changes were done by these two gentlemen, who were kind enough to provide me the files and permissions to upload to the Fusion workshop.

Curcubitos
- Melee damage radius decreased from 4 to 2.75 (Enemy Nerf)
- Run through distance decreased from 7 to 4 (Enemy Buff)
- Post attack wait decreased from 1 to 0.75 (Enemy Buff)

These changes were all done by sir_kick_me2. The Chainsaw's reach has been reduced to allow players to more consistently avoid getting hit by their swings from ranges it doesn't look possible. To balance this somewhat, Curcubitos attack a bit more frequently and are generally more aggressive. End result is a more engaging, dynamic, and fair dance between the enemy & player.

Werebulls
- Melee damage radius decreased from 5 to 3
- Run through distance increased from 7 to 10.5
- Post attack wait increased slightly from 0 to 0.3
- Enemy hitbox is fixed, meaning you can shoot any part of the HD Werebulls from any angle!

All credit for the Werebull hitbox fix goes to Neiser; I have no idea what he did, but it works flawlessly! All other changes were done by me with the help of sir_kick_me2, who assisted in applying his methods for fixing the Curcubito to the Werebull. The intended effect of these changes is to make Werebulls way less jank to fight in HD. End result is less ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and more fun to fight.

Would it be possible to also allow the Cucurbito to do "Kicking" damage (0-40) in the same manner as the Werebull? I recall the Cucurbito can do Kicking damage to the player in Classic TSE

NOTICE: Mod is now compatible with Better Cucurbitos mod by Alfeos (link provided in Artemy's comment and in Change Notes section of workshop page).

I highly recommend using that mod if you feel that this enemy is too easy in its current state as it makes side stepping attacks much more difficult. If I get enough feedback, I may consider making a standalone mod that makes a "fair" version of said mod, but of course I'll need permission from Alfeos beforehand.

@Artemy I created the mod with the vanilla enemies in mind, so it's a coin toss as to weather or not it'll work. If you try it for yourself and find that it doesn't work, then let me know and I can try to make a seperate add-on that applies the fix using that mod (provided you give me a link to it)
