Description
Pacific Meltdown is a 17-part campaign that revolves around the Pacific Theater of a hypothetical what-if scenario in which the USSR blames the West for the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, sparking a chain of events that leads to the outbreak of World War III.

I am playing mission number 11 snakes in the grass and I have sunk a Foxtrot and Romeo in both straits. I have passed completely through the straits but the game hasn’t ended. It says objective incomplete. What am I missing? Should I go back a second time through back to the north and east?

In Mission 5 the Kirov's missiles would fly away from the target rather than towards it. thing is idk if this is your scenario's issue or the game's. I want to say though i have never encountered this problem in any other scenarios vanilla or modded.

ok... christ how am i supposed to beat mission 14? at least mission 5 was an RNG so you could, potentially, beat it given enough tries. i've tried EMCOM, or blast radar in mission 14, made no difference what so ever. no matter what I do the phantoms get close enough to ID the landing group and the 2 planes (i assume B52s?) from the north east spams harpoons and kills the landing group ending the mission immediately.

... and I just ran it again... with a full salvo of 20 shipwrecks, managed to score 2 hits, both on the kittyhawk. carrier not sunk, and tico survived... damn aegis got hands.

ok I think I'm stuck at mission 5 - might wanna rethink the balance a bit after the intercept buff, as the Aegis ship (tico) is a very competent missile defender now, and without offensive jamming, and with the flight limit of 8 shipwrecks at one time, I actually find the shipwrecks struggling to penetrate even the 1 (one) tico defending the kittyhawk, and even when the shipwrecks score multiple hits (which I did a few times), the kittyhawk simply won't sink, I guess the WW2 US damage control team is finally back? heh, good to see. and the remaining 8 sunburns is actually not enough to sink the rest of the escorts with (if you get unlucky like me and do not manage to sink the tico in the first salvo) between the now very awesome tico and defensive ECM.

Mission 3 is incredibly annoying to play through. The amount of bombers coupled with the downright brain-dead aircraft AI means you'll have Phantoms circling forever throwing missiles out into the great empty. Also, this might just be a skill issue, no matter how many sonobuoy screens I lay I always seem to get jumpscared by a wave of 53-65Ks magically appearing on top of my formation.

Hey everyone - my computer has been having GPU issues the past few days and I just got back to school, so I'm not able to work on finishing up the campaign as much as I'd like right now. Mission 15 is probably the largest and most complex yet, so it may be some time before I'll be able to get it out to y'all.

@MikeyMike part 14 should be coming tomorrow - I had to completely redo it twice and now it just needs to be playtested. I hope to have the campaign finished in the next two weeks. Also it may be 18 parts since I had briefly considered scrapping this upcoming mission but changed my mind.
