Report a translation problem
If the campaign is going to have 19 missions, what you can do is, in the next update, modify the name of the mission files, so that they follow the following pattern: "01 - name.ini", "02 - name.ini", ...
This way they will appear correctly ordered in the directory.
You would have to do something similar in the Name field of each mission file.
Unfortunately, I don't think this is fixable. I may try and get mission 12 finished before christmas, and i'll add in mission 11 when I do.
I have tried the first one and it loads perfectly.
One last detail, you must delete the mission .ini files from the root directory of the campaign. Right now they appear duplicated and are of no use there.

The missions folder is missing, and inside it another folder with the name of the campaign, Pacific Meltdown - The Campaign, where the missions .ini files go.
Right now, all the mission files are next to the _info.ini in the root directory of the mod, without the directory structure to group them all together.
