That sucks but fair enough
(admittedly I would like to see the remaining 3 T voices someday)
The thing about the T voices is that there's 7 of them, and 6 are in languages I don't speak. However, all share the same script, so determining the meaning of the lines aren't difficult if I use the English one for reference. What would be difficult is trying to splice lines that are long enough to go onto separate actions and events.
Languages are extremely intricate and varied in their syntax and sentence structures, so I basically wouldn't be able to do any splicing with the T voices unless I actually understood the languages. Combining that with the fact that they only have about 61 lines each, and I don't really see much point in doing the T voices myself.
It doesn't look like it has All of the voice lines from the games, doesn't support the Voice Patcher, nor do I think it's Cooked ^^;;
