i only mention them to credit to the creators of the models.
you just need this pack + the prop collection.
But personally I couldn't tell, they just look like suburban houses to me :)
Its useful to me too, part of the reason I made these is that many houses in the workshop come without any props

Please make sure you are subscribed to them.
If you still can't see them: maybe the house is on a slope or uneven ground - it can make decals disappear.

I believe it's East of France but the whole of Benelux and Germany is full of that style of houses too
