TICONDEROGA-class VLS Variants

Description
This Mod adds the VLS TICONDEROGA-class ships to the game. The mod is done with kit-bashing to mimic the Mk-41 VLS cells on these ships. Note: I had to hard-code the missile counts into separate magazines to get them to work. Not sure why the built in Numb

Updated to latest patch. Release 0.1.1.0 #117. Also added the remainder of the VLS Ticonderoga-class vessels to the Mod. After all, I wouldn't want to disappoint someone who had served aboard one, and it wasn't available. Salvo Regards!
