Tweaking of VLS ASROC. Should no longer loft to 50,000 ft... Same with SM-2MR.

Update workshop item removed firing arcs as a test. I't doesn't seem to affect firing at all. It also cleans up the ship file's code.

Corrected Rear VLS Firing Arcs. I had them not overlapping enough to the side so sometimes the rear VLS wouldn't be able to engage even though the target was abeam.

Correct VSL to VLS in Mission Editor Class name

Tweaked the colliders for the VLS Cells into final position.
