The Ebon Falcon is suitable for interception and dogfighting. Requiring the support of a nearby base or carrier, this rugged and tough fighter can handle missile fire while tearing drones and fighters to shreds.

The Ebon Falcon was designed to fit the needs for war with Fire Clan. Tortoise Clan's fighter craft were designed for air-to-surface support, and lacked the ceiling, maneuverability, or air-to-air firepower equivalent to Fire Clan's fighter squads. The introduction of the Ebon Falcon allowed for Tortoise Clan to reclaim its skies and challenge air superiority.
