Original HL2 Version

A horror focused redux of the majority of environmental & ambient sound effects in HL2 (and some stuff from the episodes) for a more liminal feel. Completed with a variety of sources, such as:

It's about as close as I could get to making the ambience feel like DOOM 3 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.'s, either way I'm bored of HL2's vanilla ambience, and those Alyx and Beta replacements just weren't doing it for me, I wanted a best of all worlds

Most credits go to the original sound designers, Mellish for ripping stuff from Dead Space, and Yoru for inspiration. I simply edited and revised everything for replacements I deemed fit.

I know the addon is nearing like 800 mb now, but that's because nearly every sound (from HL2, HL2's Episodes, and CS:S) is being accounted for and replaced.
If you are getting icky icky no good screeching sounds delete the sound cache in the game's directory & the addon's directory.
