Rebalanced Butchering

Description
About
This mod aims to give the player a more reasonable amount of meat per animal. Currently in build 42 butchering any animal gives a laughable amount of meat barely enough to go for a few days.

This affects:
  • Cows
  • Sheep
  • Pigs
  • Deer
  • Rabbits

It does not affect:
  • Chickens
  • Rats/Mice
  • Turkey

The formula for generating the amount of meat will ROUGHLY give:

Angus Cows / 24 - 72 Beef and Steaks
Simmental Cows / 22 - 60 Beef and Steaks
Holstein Cows / 20 - 48 Beef and Steaks
Pigs / 24 - 36 Pork and Pork Chops
Sheep / 14 - 30 Mutton
Deer / 24 - 48 Venison
Rabbits / 6 - 10 Rabbit-meat

Outputs can still be less than advertised above but are absolutely guaranteed to be better than the oppressively low amounts given in 42.02.

Notes
This mod should work with existing saves files.

For now the values are hard coded and cannot be configured, if the mod becomes popular and is not made obsolete in the new year I will attempt to add configurable amounts.

If you feel the values are either too much or too little you can adjust the settings yourself by modifying the game files, since this mod really only changes a few numbers in the {Steamapps}/ProjectZomboid/media/lua/shared/Definitions/animal/AnimalPartsDefinitions.lua and removes the body size modifier from the ButcheringUtil (L212/L213) in the same directory.

Thank you so much for the amazing mod.
With the most recent release, it seems that this mod is causing an error when accessing the butcher hook. The menu will not open when clicked.
Just wanted to make you aware.

The numbers for the cows make sense, pigs also seem reasonable, but deer seem a little questionable and rabbits are totally off. My family used to raise meat rabbits and one rabbit will feed one person. They aren't big. I also hunt and while wild rabbits can will get older and bigger than farmed rabbits they still probably won't be feeding two people. I would say 1-2 meat per rabbit is more sensible.
