Skipper Mode Control Enabler

Description
This mod enables movement during time compression while in Skipper only or FPP modes as well as allowing controls to be visible in certain scenes, notably at the Command Station, while at alarm. As these are disabled by default, there may be unforeseen consequences as a result of using this mod.

@iochan87 While in vanilla Skipper Mode or FPP mode, when at a station that forced third person view, such as the Command Station, you are unable to access the ship controls, such as the speed telegraph, compass or depth gauge. This mod enables access to those. Additionally, it allowed time compression in those modes before it was a vanilla feature.

Hello, can you explain what this mod is doing?
DarkRaven  [author] 10 Jan @ 1:25pm
@Gutted At least they made it relatively easy to mod the scripts.

I've been begging for this from the devs since day 1. Kinda sad that it took a modder to do it.

Note: While the mod says skipper only mode, it works in regular mode while in first person view as well.. which is want i wanted. Thanks choom.

In FPP mode, I'll generally walk to the map table, and then time compress.
This mod changes my manner of compressing time.
Very useful and not before time.
Thanks Captain.

My god I've been waiting for a mod like this since the game came out. Thanks for making this. Works great for me and does exactly what it says on the box.

@tony.coral Dunno, that's why they would be unforseen. The devs put these restrictions in place, probably for a reason. I'm just disclaiming that by using the mod, you might find out the reason.

@grei208ks It is save game compatible.
