Rapid Action Force is the Elite wing of modern urban warfare first responders capable of dealing with terrorism, hostage situation, fire explosion, paramedics, chemical or biological threat, survelliance, urban warfare & disruption of strike actions!

Fair point Raiko but I wanted to introduce the idea of a multipurpose hybrid force

Terrorism and hostages are not violent crime, as well as protests itself?
Btw, paramedics and floods\earthquakes are under different branch. For example, Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia deals only with that, and not do police or army work.

These are elite forces, different from Police force / Anti-Corruption/ Cyber units … but I’ll double check to see if this has been amended by the game makers/ moderators

For description match it should be decreasing violent crime at least.
