Freedom's 80's realism tweaks

Description
A set of basic tweaks to fix/add some realism elements, bringing the game up to the end of the 80's.
This mod is intended for use in missions between 1985-1990. It modifies the vanilla ships, so if you're playing a mission that takes place BEFORE 1985, I would recommend disabling this mod.

FOR NTU MOD: Load this mod first. Let me know if you encounter any bugs.

Features/tweaks:
Sensors
- SPG-55 - Buffed range, added more channels to simulate SM-2 timesharing
- Mk92 - Buffed range slightly
- APS-125 - Buffed range slightly
- SPY-1A - Buffed range slightly, added more channels
- NEW SQR-18A + SQS-35 - Knox class exclusive configuration that sees a SQS-35 VDS towed by an SQR-18A towed sonar.
- NEW "Timeshared" SPG-51 - Allows SM-2 equipped tartar ships to simulate timesharing of illuminators. Each illuminator has 3 target and 6 weapon channels.

Launchers
- Mk26 - Reload speed reduced to 5.0s

Weapons
- NEW RIM-66D - SM-2MR variant for the Virgina-Class
- NEW RIM-66E - SM-1MR upgrade for Kidd and O.H. Perry classes.
- RIM-66C/D/E - Added lofting
- AIM-54A - Range increased to 110nmi

Vessels
- Ticonderoga class - Loadout optimized for AAW (swapped out some RUR-5s for SM-2s)
- Virginia class - Given SM-2 (as per 1986 refit), timeshared SPG-51, optimized loadout for AAW
- Knox class - Swapped SQS-35 for SQR-18A + SQS-35
- Adams class (early) - Swapped RIM-66A for RIM-66B. By the 80's, the Mk11 Adams ships all had the newer SM-1.
- USS Enterprise - Fixed wrong F-14 squadrons
- Forrestal class - Swapped F-4J for F-14A

That said, loading an NTU unit should work fine, you just won't get anything from this mod -- it will be the same as just having NTU installed (at least for that specific vessel)

@ScreechOwl Yes, I can't really modify the units NTU adds (or at least, I don't want to, as I want my mod to be its own thing). I only change the vanilla units. The idea is that you can boot up missions made without NTU, with only the vanilla units, and get realistic 80's capabilities instead of the leftover 60's and 70's stuff from the normal game.

Addendum: I think that it's got something to do with the full capability mods, to be fair. I love when it works.

I love the idea, but it just doesn't work for most things. You have to select a non-NTU unit I think even as you suggested you load it before the NTU. That sort of defeats the purpose if it's 80's/90's. I could be wrong here, but I've been trying to get it for hours and the only time seems to work is if you have a non-NTU unit. I currently have it 3rd in the list, right behind SeaLifter and Anchorchain. If I'm doing something wrong, I'd love to be corrected.

Should be NTU compatible if you load this first. Do note that this mod tweaks the vanilla ships while NTU does most of its tweaks on new ships.

Yes, is it NTU compatible, and if so, does it require it to be placed above NTU or below???
Cheers

NTU compatible?
