That said, loading an NTU unit should work fine, you just won't get anything from this mod -- it will be the same as just having NTU installed (at least for that specific vessel)

@ScreechOwl Yes, I can't really modify the units NTU adds (or at least, I don't want to, as I want my mod to be its own thing). I only change the vanilla units. The idea is that you can boot up missions made without NTU, with only the vanilla units, and get realistic 80's capabilities instead of the leftover 60's and 70's stuff from the normal game.

Addendum: I think that it's got something to do with the full capability mods, to be fair. I love when it works.

I love the idea, but it just doesn't work for most things. You have to select a non-NTU unit I think even as you suggested you load it before the NTU. That sort of defeats the purpose if it's 80's/90's. I could be wrong here, but I've been trying to get it for hours and the only time seems to work is if you have a non-NTU unit. I currently have it 3rd in the list, right behind SeaLifter and Anchorchain. If I'm doing something wrong, I'd love to be corrected.

Should be NTU compatible if you load this first. Do note that this mod tweaks the vanilla ships while NTU does most of its tweaks on new ships.

Yes, is it NTU compatible, and if so, does it require it to be placed above NTU or below???
Cheers

NTU compatible?
