Global Movable RV Compatibility Patch

Description
Why is this patch needed?
There are two vehicle interior mods out there sharing the same codebase, yet some addon-creators sadly choose to specifically depend on one or the other, even though their addons will always be able to work with both mods.

As a mod-list minimizer, I dislike that this patch is needed (which is why this patch is unlisted), and will do my best to make this patch obsolete by working with addon creators for native support.

What does this patch do?
This simple global patch will make ALL "RV with built-in PD" addons work with "Vehicle Interior Framework", and removes those annoying "dependency missing" warnings.

Mod order

Note!
If you have RV with built-in PD installed, you should unsubscribe it before subscribing to this patch to prevent warnings.

Advice for add-on creators
When making an RV add-on, leave the <modDependencies> empty in the About.xml. This way your add-on will instantly work with both RV mods.
