For the voice, I used the "Unpitched" preset that was provided in the tutorial description. You can tweak it to how I did it by just decreasing the preset's "Bands - Distribution" number to 23 on Vocodex, and then slightly decreasing upper mid frequencies with EQ.
One last thing, I have been fascinated with how the Metrocops and Combine Soldier sentences were used in different mods. I know you modified the SHUTDOWN Official voice filter in FL Studio for this mod. Do you know what kind of voice filter tweaks you made? If you still have it, can you send it? Or, how can I tweak it to how you made the voice filter?
