Description
This mod makes it easier to recruit diverse Men-at-Arms (MAAs) by changing the unlock requirement from ruler's culture to any culture within your sub-realm. Now you and the AI can field truly diverse imperial armies! No more messing around with cultural shenanigans just to hire the cool units.

[How it Works]
Conquer lands with cultures that have the MAAs you want.
You don't need to hold them directly as your own domain.

[Other Stuff]
Unique/regional MAAs like Chasseurs, Elephants, Caballeros, etc., aren't supported yet.
All tradition-based MAAs are recruitable.

[Compatibility]
Save Game Compatible: Add or remove anytime.
Achievement Compatible: Yes!
Mod Compatible: Load this mod at the bottom of your load order. Should be compatible with everything, but probably won't work with total conversion mods or mods that add new MAAs.

이 모드는 무장병 모집 해금 방식을 주군의 문화에서 하위 봉역의 모든 문화로 변경하여, 다양한 병종에 대한 접근성을 높입니다. 이를 통해 플레이어와 AI 모두 제국군에 걸맞은 다양한 병종을 운용할 수 있습니다. 더 이상 무장병을 고용하기 위해 번거롭게 문화를 혼합할 필요가 없습니다.

[작동법]
탐나는 MAA 를 가지고 있는 문화권의 땅을 정복합니다.
직할령으로 들고 있지 않아도 됩니다.


[기타]
샤쇠르, 코끼리, 카바예로 등 유니크 및 지역 기반의 MAA 는 아직 지원하지 않습니다. 전통 기반의 무장병은 모두 고용 가능합니다.

[호환성]
저장 게임 호환: 언제든 추가하거나 제거할 수 있습니다.
업적 호환: 가능합니다.
모드 호환: 제일 아래에 로드하는 것을 권장하며 모든 것과 호환됩니다. 단, 토탈 컨버젼 모드나 MAA 추가하는 모드는 지원되지 않을 것 같습니다.

Great mod. Makes sense you can have a single "local mercenary" men-at-arms from your conquered lands. Plenty of historic cases of this.

This is great, but would it be possible to tweak what characters starting MAA's are to be their default ones? For example right now several of the Karlings who hold Slavic provinces (Louis of Italy, Ludwig the German) start with Konni, which seems unrealistic.

@shakenidentity im gonna guess based on how adventurers work is that you will keep the units, but can get another regiment of the MAA
