Great mod. Makes sense you can have a single "local mercenary" men-at-arms from your conquered lands. Plenty of historic cases of this.

This is great, but would it be possible to tweak what characters starting MAA's are to be their default ones? For example right now several of the Karlings who hold Slavic provinces (Louis of Italy, Ludwig the German) start with Konni, which seems unrealistic.

This is a mod I'll be using in my modpacks from now on.
No more culture switching/hybridizing just to get some special MAA's.

This looks like a great addition. What happens when you create MAA from conquered lands and then you start culturally converting that land? Do you get to keep the MAA you've already created? I guess I'm asking- because I still like to convert lands- if there is an interim period where I can at least benefit in some way from having lands that aren't of my culture.

I feel like this should be in the base game. Both is more realistic and gives the player a reason not to constantly wipe out other cultures through promote spam

i think it would make sense if there was a certain level of culture acceptance needed for the recruit ment or maybe a vassel contract.
