Description

Some fixes to the TEST version of BlackICE mod for HoI IV.

Any feedback welcomed!

0.3:
- fixed untis (e.g. non-airborne HQs with airborne divisions, motorised hospitals with non-motised units and usage of deprecated artillery units instead of artillery_brigade in some ofdivision templates)

0.1:

- dockyard limitation for non-capital ships is removed;
- unlimited speed for motorized field hospitals removed (now it's 10 km/h);

Ty for this mod Kamenev.
Since BICE pushed a big update, can you let us know on this page if you are going to update this
at any point to a different branch other than the mid-feb Test branch? or if you're going to jump to the current build, or the new dev build?
