[TFA][AT] INS2 guns collection

Description

REQUIRES TFA BASE AND INS2 SHARED PARTS

A great gun with good accuracy and average recoil. The downside is low mobility.
Weapon from Insurgency workshop.
Also compatible with any sight extensions :).

Ynker - creating this addon, changed sounds, compressed the phong exponet textures and made some changes to the vmt files so that the weapon itself would fit in well with vanilla weapons
