Description
Just a working title.

This extender allows you to play as an occ or inv faction, but you don't have full resources. You're essentially a SF advisor team training local guerilla factions, with no follow on support from your country. You're still a rebel force. The gameplay is the same, and you can still choose any of the reb vs xxx modes you want. It's just you'll be equipped with weapons/gear/vehicles/etc from a faction that was only setup to be an inv or occ.

You start with a small amount of good faction gear, uniforms, vehicles (light/unarmed), but other than that you still have to play the game as normal and loot your way to success. Limited starting equipment (including weapons, any armored gear, and any large cargo backpacks) is intentional to make it not too OP. You should have one unlimited sniper rifle, all handguns unlimited, and unlimited small capacity backpacks and unarmored vest / headgear).

Anyone you recruit to your personal squad will use SF uniforms, but HC squads, garrisons, etc will all dress in civ uniforms, have civ voices / faces / etc, since they're supposed to be local guerillas you're training.

Vehicles are pulled from your faction's militia vehicles and from civilian faction vehicles - no civilians = no civilian vehicles, no undercover.

Idk, there's some other stuff, but that's the gist of it.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Rebel faction does not have vehiclesAT. Don't try to recruit a HC AT vehicle. All other HC types should be fine.

When playing with a converted rival faction, there's no way to differentiate between static MGs, AT, and AA. Therefore, all static weapons are added as static MGs. So don't try to place a high command AA or AT emplacement. Just place an MG emplacement and hope you get what you want lol. Just the nature of hacky solutions. Also, due to the structure of the templates and the general types of items rivals have, converted rival factions will not start with an infinite unlocked sniper rifle. Only pistols start infinite.

I'll try to fix reported issues, but I'm not going to download your 73GB modpack to fix your issue. If it's in CUP/RHS/3CB, CDLC or otherwise not a huge mod, I got you. Otherwise, fix it yourself.

To the person below you; I agree with the "sissy" part. I would prefer playing duty as a normal male person but group decided by voting that freedom is the way to go.

I won't be adding any parameters until base antistasi mod adds support for extender params section in setup ui. Once that's a thing, I'll look into it.

In general, compat with other extenders is very hit or miss, depending on what they do. Also, this isn't really designed to be used without a civilian faction as quite a bit of equipment is used from civilian template. It will work, but not well.

this is a feature -- your 'men' are too sissy to fight duty in full armour and thus wish for a fast death

Hi! I'm playing as Freedom - Invaders in STALKER Antistasi, and I've noticed an issue: garrison units recruited by the Commander are boldly walking around in their underwear. It seems like they don't get a uniform assigned correctly.

Could you consider making a patch that either:

Forces bots to use the SF (Special Forces) uniform if no civilian clothing is available.
OR
Falls back to any available uniform, like in the default behavior?

Ideally, this behavior could be controlled through a setting in the mission parameters, so players can choose their preferred solution.

is there a way to disable faction gears? I dont want AIs to use basic M16s or AKs provided with the chosen inv and occ factions
