Happy Chinese New Year!

Adds Wang Mang as an alternate leader for China.

Wang Mang
Ability: Founding of the New Dynasty Receives Faith when an Eureka is triggered; if the technology of that Eureka is not yet available for research, triggers an additional Inspiration. Agenda: Tianfeng Dihuang Likes civilizations with high Faith output or still in Ancient Era or Classical Era. Dislikes civilizations with low Faith output and have progressed into Medieval Era or beyond.

Compatibility Change: Phantagonist's Chinese Dynasty Uniques
When Phantagonist's Chinese Dynasty Uniques is active, Wang Mang has access to uniques of the Xin Dynasty.

This mod requires Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall.

Supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

应该算小问题，标速触发技能送5信仰，马拉松应该是标速3倍但只有11信仰
