[1.8.6] Victoria 3 - Resurgent

Description
A total overhaul of Vitoria 3, with a different vision, made with multiplayer in mind, works well in singleplayer too!

Most of these features will be integrated in my other mod, Age of discovery 1444.
Changes include but are not limited to:
  • Army and Warfare
  • Diplomacy (liberating countries as subjects, diplo maneuvers, transfer cash)
  • Economy (better trading, pop consumption)
  • Fixed journal entries, general game balance.
  • QOL changes.(better UI, better tooltips, cleaner UI)
  • Better decrees


    This is a composed of multiple merges and integrations, some changed completely and/or reworked and rebalanced, this mod is made for multiplayer as it's main core in mind, however it proves to work great in singleplayer as well.

is it normal that no one can join in on diplomatic plays? like it says can not join in opening moves unless youre a puppet but the opening moves last the entire diplomatic play
