Germany: More Historical Occupation of Greece

Description
Gives a decision to divide up Greece if you're joining Italy in invading the country.

It's a choice so there's a second option to keep things as they are.

Given how vanilla states are, this is about as historical as I can make it:

-Germany gets the Aegean Islands, Crete, Attica and Central Macedonia (on the map, this is historical, except that in the game it has a larger share of the entire state of Attica rather than just Athens, also several of the southern Aegean islands went to Italy.

-Italy gets the rest.

-The status of Thrace will depend on whether Bulgaria is in the Axis, in which case it will be given to Bulgaria. If not, it goes to the Germans.

Special thanks to CSRZ and his Historical Immersion pack mod. His code (used for the division of Yugoslavia) is the basis for this.

Hey! I've seen your mods a couple of times on the workshop and I really appreciate them! Would there be a possibility of making a wider division template window mod? I know there used to be one on the workshop long ago but it's since disappeared.
