Wave's Rotstone Augment

Description
Wave's Augments (Rotstone Edition)

This mod alters the description of Rotstone and adds custom effects when used as an augment:

Item
Weapon Effect
Armor Effect
Rotstone
Extra Ruin damage on hit. Stronger than a Ruin Trigger
+1 Ruin skill

Load below other mods for best results. Note that this mod does change the Volume of Rotstone to be =0.
