Scanned my own retail copy for Base, Leeghwater, and 5th Player Expansion; alongside the rest of Barrage content.

Credit for the scripted wheel goes to GC2 and his Barrage mod.
Also Contains the pre-release Barrage Legendary Box Japan and Brazil Company boards.

To use the Private Buildings Balance variant by bgg user upurplay[boardgamegeek.com], hover over the board extension and the Customer Office, Financial Division, Energy Relay Field and Wind Farm Private Building tiles and press 2 to change between the original and balanced variant versions of each.
