7192 (Numbers) VTuber PM and Nextbot

7192 is a Text-To-Speech VTuber that streams on Youtube and Twitch, often called "Numbers", because saying 7192 is a mouthful. Ported to Garry's Mod in a somewhat scuffed fashion, you can now play as this cat, or spawn one to hang out with.

Included:
- 7 Player Models (Color variations of 7192)
- C Arms
- Ragdoll
- 1 Custom Nextbot NPC (Numbers)
- 14 other Nextbots that you should not think about
- Weird voices

Not Yet Included (Maybe Eventually):
- Face Posing
- Better Hair Physics

Important Notes:

You may require Half-Life 2 content for sounds and models of the extra NPCs.

The Nextbot Base used for the NPC is WIP and also a mess, do not look at it. There will likely be bugs or strange bits about the NPCs behavior, and the behavior of the NPCs it creates. It can work without navmesh, but likely not very well, so it's recommended to only spawn the NPC on maps that have a navmesh for best results.

I may update this later and improve the AI, fix bugs or add suggested features, but don't count on it.

The spine is a bit weird and odd in some animations, I am aware and it may get fixed some day when I figure out why it's doing that. As I actually don't know much about modelling at all, this may never happen.

The Advanced Particle Controller is recommended since some particle effects on the NPCs need it for some visual stuff, however it is not strictly required. I will at some point update the code so it doesn't need to rely on any other addons, but it may be awhile.
