Expanded Tank Designer - Fixed! 1.16, RT56 Version

Description
This is a stand alone compatibile version with The Road to 56.

- This mod doesn't require "Man the Guns", "La Résistance" or "Götterdämmerung" to work properly.

- This fix adds support for version 1.16 and Götterdämmerung.

i cant use small cannons, there must be a bug. so it dont work for me :(

Im not sure, but this mod has crushed my save in 1939, i playing with The Road to 56: Expanded and Enhanced 2.0, maybe need compatch?
