However, the tank research page of 56RT itself lacks the swinging turret of light tanks

The 56RT tank can be studied until 1950, but currently it is still the same as the original version and can only be studied until 1945

I fixed all the bugs that you guys reported: MEFO bills now works properly, countries that should start with scientists now have them and land cruiser designer works but the modules for it don't have icons I really have no idea why.

Bug report: Germany has no scientists for research centers. I haven’t checked with other majors, but I guess they don't have them either
