Dogma's Truth

Description
Adds a new four-charge active item to the Angel & Greed Angel pools called Dogma's Truth!

On use, it grants Isaac flight, as well as a static Brimstone beam that charges while Isaac is shooting, similarly to Revelation. It also counts toward the Seraphim transformation.

-Encyclopedia
-Animated Items (once it's fixed)

can you make a passive version of this which is just brimstone but with dogma's brimstone curving (not fully homing) mechanic?

@Miirsha it doesn't make the beam bigger, but it does give you a damage boost!

Does this work like sulfur where if you you use it more than once it makes the beam bigger?

Hey the item's charge bar doesn't seem to appear when used by jacob, or by any other player in local co-op.
