can you make a passive version of this which is just brimstone but with dogma's brimstone curving (not fully homing) mechanic?

@Miirsha it doesn't make the beam bigger, but it does give you a damage boost!

Hey the item's charge bar doesn't seem to appear when used by jacob, or by any other player in local co-op.

Very cool! I suggest adding a slide that is a screenshot of the EID description in full, helps with clarity since it's just the one item.
