By the way, I significantly reworked a dubstep section in Endgame. Initially, I thought it was just triplets, but when I started making the Hard version and listened to the track at a strong slowdown, I realized the rhythm was much more intricate.
I haven't noticed any desync, I always sync the tracks visually in an audio editor by counting a samples with a calculator so it's very accurate! I just tested it in game on the easy difficulty and I'm at the absolute dead center of the meter on practice mode, so I'm not really sure.
To my ear, there’s a slight desync—the track seems to play just a few hundredths of a second ahead of the game level. However, this might be an issue with the practice mode. If I’m not mistaken, the developers mentioned this problem in the latest patch notes.
