SilverKnight's EU4 Style Monuments - OWB Mod

Description
This mod adds EU4 Monuments system for OWB.

This is a work in progress, it works, but currently a limited amount of locations.

Primary goal is to add lore/flavour to the game. I aim to add locations that don't provide any effect at first, then according to lore and game balancing add bonuses/effects later that the a.i. player can take advantage of.

E.g. if a vault can produce water and is damaged then civilised nations with vault tech can repair it and take advantage of additional water supplies.

Current Focus is Mojave Area, currently there are 29 monuments and growing, complete with lore and images from ingame.

Hey mate! I've randomly stumbled on a very old github project of yours consisting of some random models ported to hoi4. They are really good, and some happen to fit perfectly for a mod (Scourge of Prometheus, there are some teasers on r/hoi4modding and development is quite advanced) me and some friends are making. You mind us using them and giving you credit? Maybe you could join the team (we don't have anyone who knows how to animate models) if you wish, this is purely voluntary work so there is no pressure or anything. Thanks!

Should help to split areas up for future monuments like the mojave as one for example to lighten your work load. Amazing idea! love the mod, dont work yourself too hard!

When you move north you should add Camp Navarro and Sierra Army Depot alongside something related to the Brahmin Barons

It looks so good and i can see in the future all the important locations from Fallout lore and monuments not only implemented for OWB, also for ERX, but in due time because its gona take a loong time to make it real, just the reformer path, but eager to see the results in the time ahead :steamthumbsup::VBOY:

NCR can already build the boulder city monument after the lore time for the war which gives a few minor buffs. The ranger-ncr monument will be in the next version

i know this might be much but have you considered adding monuments to other if not all nations for example letting arroyo build a monument to the The Chosen One or letting the NCR build monuments like the NCR-Brotherhood/Legion war?

Should be compatible with just about anything. it does not ovewrite anything but the core eu4 style monuments mod which in it'self does not change any owb or vanilla files.

Is this hard incompatible with anything? What files does this mod change? And would it work with the 50 building slots mod?

NCR Correctional could have a percent chance of a major jailbreak - I wonder about an event where Caesar takes the escapees in as a couple of free grenadier type units. I could see them smuggling themselves over the river somewhere.
