Hisuian Lilligant PM/NPC/Ragdoll

Edit: Some people were getting pink eye textures for some reason. I wasn't one of those so I don't know if this'll fix it, but l edited eye textures anyway just in case.

I wanted Hisuian Lilligant too so I ported her. Her model is from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and I used Alyx's Valve rig with Hisuian Lilligant's original weight paints. Hisuian Lilligant has jigglebones in the leaves and flower and first person c_arms. There's also regular and shiny texture groups. Also like the Hisuian Zoroark, there's citizen and combine type NPCs and eyes glow in the dark. Didn't get a video for this one because the jigglebones aren't as advanced as those of Hisuian Zoroark, there wouldn't be much to show that can't already be seen in the screenshots. Some of the screenshots show the player model using ActMod animations and another shows an animated ragdoll with the easy animation tool. The rest are ragdolls or NPCs. NPCs are found under Pokemon_tame_wild in the NPC spawn list.

The WIP file is the unpacked model, qc, arms, proportion trick anims, etc. The one that doesn't say WIP is the addon's main assets, like the packed model, the materials, lua, etc.
