Silent Spurring

Description
Disables "Go!", "Quick!" and "Hyah!" when spurring your horse.

Updated. Using Skald-edits, less likely to conflict with anything now and hopefully reduced maintenance. :)

Also updating Silent Stopping and that mod will no longer conflict with this one.

For me, it would be ideal if the audible spurs were halved instead of removed. Would you consider making such a mod?

5 min into having a horse I thought "gee I can't wait for modders to remove the spurring audio". Thank you sir.
