Reduced or Disabled Character Lighting

Description
CHECK MODIFICATION SECTION FOR HOW TO EDIT THE EFFECT

Lessens or disables the lighting effect around characters which fakes light sources to illuminate characters in dark scenes. Provides a more realistic view on characters using actual in game light sources. Does not require user.cfg changes or usage. Utilizes the r_DeferredShading3PL or r_3PLMaxRelativeIlluminanceRatio command.

Changes can be seen in the comparison images. Effect is slight in most cases but can be seen in non-existent lighting reflections coming from around Henry on reflective armor pieces, hands near bowls in dark scenes as the bodies are not being lit on their own, headscarves being illuminated consistently, and faces on the far side from single light sources being actually dark which can be seen in a number of images.

Modification:

If you want to edit the amount of lighting reduction being set by the mod all you simply need to do is change a single value in the mod.cfg in reducedcharacterlighting mod folder.

To turn off character lighting completely change r_DeferredShading3PL from 3 to 0. This will make certain scenes very dark.

To reduce character lighting lower the value of r_3PLMaxRelativeIlluminanceRatio.

Comparing to the comparison image above.
- The default value is 1.
- 25% reduced is a value of 0.75.
- 50% reduced (the default value of the mod) is a value of 0.5.
- 75% reduced is a value of 0.25.

@Gnomemann<Cc> This only changes the fake lighting given to character models, it doesn't change any environmental lighting.

Does this only disable the back highlights on the characters or lower the overall light? I would like to get rid of the backlight but not for my characters to be completely dark.
