Faster Movement In Combat (PTF) (Perk)

Description
Ever feel like you were too slow in combat? Look no further! Cowardly Commander perk is added to the Survival tree (because what coward doesn't want to survive?). With Cowardly Commander you move 25% faster in combat!

@LordJay - no problem, I had to figure it out as well, took me awhile and did some digging in the mod to get the perk ID. I was also maxed at level 30 on Survival, so this will add that perk to anyone that is looking to get that extra perk at the bottom.

It doesn't seem to be working, do you mind if you could write the full command? I've tried "cheat_add_perk exact:Cowardly_Commander i_know_what_i_am_doing:true" and a number of other combinations but nothing has worked so far.

It's cowardly_commander or some uuid, which you can get by opening the mod.

It's my anniversary weekend as soon as the modding support drops. Sorry I prefer my wife to steam forums...

what is the perk id, ive already used up all my perk points
