Comeng (Melbourne) EDI/Alstom Rebalanced

Description
Rebalance Patch for Luke.P123's Comeng (EDI/Alstom Refurbished) mod to implement correct power and performance stats, and to build foundations for future pre-refurb models.

Rebalance and improvement patch for Luke.P123's Melbourne Comeng EDI/Alstom - Life Extended mod. Single deck suburban passenger train with a crush capacity of 765 and 1530 in a 3 and 6 carriage set respectively.
! ! IMPORTANT ! !
This mod is a modification to, and continuation of, Luke.P123's "Melbourne Comeng EDI/Alstom - Life Extended"
To avoid my having to redistribute other people's textures, you must download Luke.P123's original mod, else the trains will not have any textures. It does not need to be enabled in your save, but it must be subscribed and appear as available in the mod selection panel.
If you are subscribed and the textures still do not appear, ensure it appears as available in the in-game mods panel. If not then unsub and resub to both mods and restart your game to ensure its downloaded.

The Comeng is an electric multiple unit train built by their namesake Commonwealth Engineering (abbreviated as Comeng) for Melbourne's suburban rail network. 100 trains of 3 car sets were ordered in 1979 to replace the last of Melbourne's wooden bodied Tait trains and a majority of the ageing and asbestos contaminated Harris fleet, with 90 additional 3 car sets ordered in the mid-1980s after the Harris train refurbishment program turned up a failure. They have diligently served Melbourne's suburban network for over 43 years, seeing two simultaneous refurbishment programs during split-privatisation of the suburban network, a life extension program from 2017-2021, and other minor works programs. During the split-privatisation Connex chose Alstom for their refurbishment, with M>Train choosing EDI, with the most visible difference between the two being a fibreglass front face, which is modelled in game.

This is a rebalance patch for Luke.P123's Melbourne Comeng EDI/Alstom - Life Extended Mod. This mod corrects power and performance values, and lays groundwork for addition of pre-refurb models. The mod also allows custom compositions, meaning models can be changed without replacing trains which messes with auto-numbering of trains. Couplers used are optional "scharfenberg" for motor car front couplers, and mandatory "bar" couplers for all other couplers. In future I may elect to develop a trailer car with optional "aar, janney" couplers, non-driving motor with pantograph, and driving trailer without pantograph, to enable fantasy repurposement of Comeng cars for loco-hauled stock.

This mod implements the rated continuous power output of the motors as specified in documents shown on https://www.victorianrailways.net/suburban/comeng/comeng.html and acceleration, braking, and emergency braking values as shown on Wikipedia - Comeng (train)[en.wikipedia.org]. For simplicity's sake all Alstom motor cars are modelled as the lighter disc brake cars, with all other cars modelled as the heavier tread brake cars. There are no EDI disc brake cars, as Connex acquired all of them for their Alstom refurb, however this also included some tread brake cars. Modelling all trailer cars as tread braked should create a rough average for Alstom sets, and a correct mass for EDI sets. The difference in performance between these types is negligible - a difference of 10 seconds on an all stops Werribee service, while both of these corrected models gain over 2 minutes against Luke.P123's models.
