Hurlighter for Chevalier

Description
This simple mod expands Hurlighter to also work for the Chevalier's Shield Toss ability.

Load it after Chevalier and the original Hurlighter, both of which are required for this mod to function.

Functionality is identical to the original. All credit goes to Prom and rcfox for their wonderful work.
