Skip Combat Tutorial Instructions

Skips combat instructions during the tutorial in the introduction of the game.

Adds an option to skip the combat instructions and start the duel immediately during the introduction of the game.

"Let's do this" skips the instructions and starts the duel. "Slow down a little! Let's go over this one thing at a time." goes through with the tutorial including the instructions.
