Description

It's pretty much Pulchra Fellini's model from Zenless Zone Zero's 1.6 update as released by Mihoyo as a MMD model, ported over by me as a playermodel and ragdoll that you can use. Since this is pretty much her latest appearance and a playable version of her character, Pulchra's model has better details and updated texturing compared to that old one from before.
I promised to port the new model over and here it is with the level of quality & stuff I could bring nowadays.

Like my previous ports & conversions from various media and whatnot, I adjusted the c_hands, add much bodygroups as possible, adjusted some textures and the model itself, add in a bunch of new flexes, and removed duplicated faces since they weren't necessary to bring over from MMD to Source.
It includes hitboxes and separate eye variants if you don't like the static eyes in favor of Source eyeballs. Ragdolls too for posing and stuff since the PM's more limiting and the extra bones are adjusted to be jigglebones.
Her name means "Pretty Feline", quite fitting if I'd say so myself


Pulchra Fellini is a Thiren feline and an playable A-rank Physical Stunner Agent in Zenless Zone Zero, and a member of the Sons of Caldyon.

Pulchra is an Outer Ring mercenary whose loyalty constantly fluctuates depending on who she deems the strongest. After several run-ins with the Sons of Calydon, she gained respect for the gang and began to reconsider her allegiance to The Vanquishers. In combat, Pulchra fights with a pair of 'Bladeguns' (which appear as revolvers with blades on the grip) and an array of gadgets, including stun grenades, explosives and reflex-enhancing tonics.

you can keep both(3d eye and shader one) eyes in one model and switch between by making invisible material on which to switch eyes that should be hidden, you can see example on my ported models
yeah, your way for c_hands sounds like best for quality, though not the fastest. i use proportion trick for both body and hands and it looks okay most times

i usually keep the original 3D eye and eye shader separate since it may pose problems if i keep them together (mainly on the amount of flexes and looking off if keeping both).
as for the c_hands, i usually follow the proportions of the default c_hands when making one and resizing the hand's mesh with shrink / fatten whenever possible so it won't look too skinny or too thick.
