Amalgamation: Psi and Tech spec pack

Description
Summary

Techno Magician is a mixed mess of Arcthrower Primary Spec, Gremlin secondary and Psi Amps on an additional slot. It's very support oriented, weak on its own, but unlock the full potential of the other three specs in this pack.

Hobbyist is a self-taught tinkerer Secondary Spec that has great support with his gremlin's Aid Protocol shinanegams, OR offensive Arcthrower stuff, using a few tricks they learned while messing with the tool.

Magic Engineer is a Tertiary Spec mostly focusing on Damage Control, crowd control and problem solving, with very few offensive skills. It can use either Psiamps OR Arcthrowers to achieve it, with a bunch of passives to boost their mixed potential.

Loki is a trickster psionic Tertiary Spec, playing on with very short temporary stealth, displacement, short term control and panics OR a very forward damaging Gremlin user that has a bunch of frontloaded zapping tricks at its disposal.

The ammount of skills in this pack is too long for steam, Please forward to THIS DOCUMENT to see all the skills[docs.google.com]

Balance and Ideology

With all psionics i'm launching i'm able to slowly create a somewhat more focused balance on psi. Primary specs still are the blunt of all the stats, with secondaries and tertiaries giving a little boost to better their skills. Most of the % chance based on psi are on primaries, with a generous here and there to spice up a good psi roll.

Technomagician is... Awkward, to say the least. It's unable to do damage reliably on its own, rellying on its attached specs to achieve it. It has a very focused exclusion list to more easily be able to unlock its maximum. It is the spec with most hit potential, good risk good reward on the roll, trying to not go too extreme.

Hobbyist is probably one of the strongest support gremlins out there? Purely because it buffs its own Aid Protocol, its decks are small, or non-existent so he's extremely consistent. Not only that, it currently has the only shredding archthrower attack ou there, albeit only mechanical, or burn versus organic.

Magic Engineer is quite the spec. It's at the same time different to how most spec plays, but still similar enough to engineer and other psionics to not feel too offputting. Low damage potential, but not made for it. CC is usually what it goes for. It's the consistent psi counterpart of Hobbyist, albeit they can roll eachother.

Loki is the most experimental of the bunch, having a load of self-survival, mobility and placement changing skills on the psionic side, albeit some of them don't hard require the psiamp at all, on the Gremlin side it's very standard, a lot of other specs already have this combination of skills for Gremlins, but that side of this spec I trully wanted to be that ignorant.

Outro and Thanks

Another batch that I took a few months working on! It has been a fun pleasure. I am not quite sure I got the consistency on this one, but I've had quite a good time figuring out how to build them in my free time. I'll have my eyes open sometimes to see where this goes.

Always thankful to XpanD for getting me into Spec creation and getting started on my first mod

Special thanks for the MEME discord for discord for being awesome people.

Evilbob for the awesome icons.

RustyDios and Zelfana for greatly, GREATLY helping me with Loki and Hobbyist skills.

H4ilstorm for creating Amalgamation classes

Mitzruti and Favid for their awesome perk pack

And for all modders out there for working on this game

As always, if there is anything you found that needs some fixing, please comment, and i'll take a look

Have a good one!

I had hit a bit of a burnout after doing a little bit too much, so I took time with these. i'll take another pause, but I do have ideas in the backburner.
