Forgot to add All Creation to list of exclusions, making it unable to be cast with Auxiliary Slot psi amps. Now it's possible.

Can't believe i'm doing a rarity patch, I forgot to make TechnoM Magician rarer. I'm removing thigns like Psion, which are TOO GOOD to be rolled with other psi specs, Commando(???), and a few agnostic specs, like keeper tertiary and Smoker.

Attempted fix on Techno Magician not giving the proper weapon if using Primary Secondaries instead of True Primary Secondaries
