Plessie

Plessie, the dinosaur(?), first met in the Sprixie Kingdom. Use your Dash Panels and Rings to increase your mobility and slide across the stage.

Sliding
Using Dash Attack or Neutral Air puts Plessie into the sliding state, which lets you move faster than normal. You can jump while sliding, but you only deal damage while on the ground or from landing.
While airborne after a short delay, you can cancel the slide into any aerial action. The delay can be removed if you hit someone with the slide first, this also lets you cancel the jump into a waveland, an Up Strong, or an Up Special, much like a normal jump.
The speed at which you slide can be increased by using Dash Rings and Dash Panels. Using both of them quickly enough will boost your speed even more.


Neutral Special: Cannon Box
Plessie uses a Cannon Box to shoot out a single cannonball.
The box can be charged by holding the special button down, making the cannonball both stronger and faster, but only if you let it charge up all the way.

Forward Special: Dash Ring
Plessie places a Dash Ring in front of themselves which can be slid through for a speed boost, pushing you in the direction the ring is facing. Sliding through the ring while in the air gives you a little upwards boost. Using this move combined with Neutral Air can help you get back onto the stage.
Any cannonballs that go though a ring will be fully charged while also being redirected into the direction the ring is facing. If the cannonball is already fully charged, it will get even stronger and faster.
Only one ring can exist at a time. If you want to place another one, you must either wait several seconds before you can replace it, or use the existing ring three times to make it disappear.

Up Special: Jump Panel
Using a Jump Panel, Plessie launches upwards, with the panel dealing damage. Using this move on the ground doesn't put you in freefall.

Down Special: Dash Panel
Plessie places a Dash Panel underneath themselves. The Dash Panel increases the speed of anyone who runs on it for a short time. Sliding on a panel with Dash Attack or landing on a panel with Neutral Air will give your slide a boost.
Using the move in the air gives you a small upwards boost while Plessie throws a Dash Panel downwards, which only activates and deals damage when it hits the ground. The panel acts as a jump-through platform if it happens to extend past the edge.
Only one panel can be placed at a time, placing another will remove the old one. If the panel ends up in the air by itself, it will despawn after some time.
