Are you tired of being months into your world and starting new characters that have "survived" all this time, only to have no skills? Me too!

This mod allows your new character to have randomized skill sets at spawn.
It's very customizeable and even allows you to progressively expand how many skills your new characters get over time and even how skilled they are!

Original author: random.
I just reupload this mod to B42, and the honor and contribution belong to the original author.
I'll delete this once the official mod is updated or if the original author asks me to.

I suggest you disable "Blank slate".
If it is still not functioning properly, please check for any conflicting mods that might be causing the issue.

I keep ending up with skills that are in huge negative values of XP to level? I had 5 in Lightfooted and having -2250/3000 XP to go to 6. Is that because of not using "Blank Slate"?

I guess I don't really get how to use the mod. When making a character in a new game, they don't seem to start with any skills at all? How do I access the options to change how it is working? Was looking for it in the mod options but it didn't show up there. Thank You

@Goatroach
Yes, I think so too. Starting as a character with no knowledge at all really makes it hard to want to try again.

This is amazing!

I'd been kinda compensating for this game oversight with the Skill Journal mod, but this mod makes a lot of sense. I also play with a 100 point buy-in, because it's weird that every character is always barely competent in anything but one thing.

Like IRL, I have a whole slew of skill sets. Helps that I've had 40 years of experience, but that's just it, PZ characters feel like they're 10-year-olds in regards to their skill sets.

The default buy-in, and characters in general always seem like people who have done nothing but bag groceries and smoke weed their whole life, like hobbies and intellectual pursuits don't exist in PZ. This mod seems extra helpful in remedying that! Gonna give it a try!
