I suggest you disable "Blank slate".

Yes, I think so too. Starting as a character with no knowledge at all really makes it hard to want to try again.
Like IRL, I have a whole slew of skill sets. Helps that I've had 40 years of experience, but that's just it, PZ characters feel like they're 10-year-olds in regards to their skill sets.
The default buy-in, and characters in general always seem like people who have done nothing but bag groceries and smoke weed their whole life, like hobbies and intellectual pursuits don't exist in PZ. This mod seems extra helpful in remedying that! Gonna give it a try!
