No horse speed limits in towns

Description
Hear ye, hear ye!
Good people of Kuttenberg! Be aware that horse riders are now permitted to gallop in town as allowed by Royal decree! May God preserve us!

This mods removes zones limiting your speed on horse, ride on!

Also available on Nexus Mods[www.nexusmods.com]

FYI: Might break with any new version of the game. For game version 1.3.2

@The_Dark_Lord I know right? As soon as I noticed it annoyed me so much I took upon myself to find how to get rid of it.

About damn time, they give ya horses to go around faster then make you go slow as hell through the biggest damn area in the entire game (Kuttenburg) Its a nightmare for gameplay.

@Aravzil If you mean Valve pushing the update to your mod, I don't believe so. When I started playing today, after the update, I noticed that it was still limiting my speed in Kuttenberg. Before this update it was working like normal.

Just an FYI. If you had this installed before update 1.2.4 and it doesn't work after the update unsubscribing and resubscribing will make the mod function again. Speed limits in cities? Ain't nobody got time for that!
