Calamity Pills

Description
Adds two new pill effects to the game inspired by the rage and adrenaline mechanics in the Terraria Calamity mod.

Compatible with Rep+ DLC
Compatible with EID

Let me know if it is compatible with RGON

Rage: Grants Tears and Damage up which decreases gradually without enemies present.

Adrenaline: Grants Tears, Damage, and Speed up until the player takes damage or changes floors. 25% chance to disappear when entering an already cleared room.

Horse pills grant double the stats up with no adddtional downside. (Rage decay rate stays the same)

Both pills require 12 charges to use with placebo.

@Amberr, Maybeee...... But right now I'm working on my other mod "Bushel of Blessings Re-blessed" a continuation/rework of the bushel of blessings mod. Maybe after though.

@CrimsonCall I'll see about adding more pills, how does this sound for some ideas:
- Norepinephrine: decreases stats, 10%-20% chance(luck based if I can figure that out) to remove the debuff after no-hit clearing a room
- Tranquility(because big word=better): grants debuffs that decay Incredibly slowly while in enemy presence, more enemies=faster decay(health based if possible so that bosses/stronger enemies cause the "calmness" to fade faster)

- Frenzied: grants increased offensive stats, player takes double damage for the floor, all heart spawns have a 50% chance to just poof
- Disciplined: grants the wafer effect for the floor, heavy offensive stat decrease.

It would be cool if there were negative versions of these pills too like "Norepinephrine" (Thanks Google) or "Calmed" which just gives the buffs but reversed
