Description
'The Hellraiser from Helsinki' Tony Halme was a Finnish Pro-Wrestler and Mixed Martial Artist best known for his short stint in the WWF during the early 1990's.

In the WWF, Tony Halme was known as Ludvig Borga; a heel Wrestler that despised the American people. Contrasting Lex Luger's Pro-America persona at the time, Borga rose to main event status with vignettes highlighting the flaws of the United States such as America's legal and education systems.
