Changes the Mutant and Squirrel NPCs from Fargo's Mutant Mod to fully use expanded shop capabilities instead of their own paging system.

Has client config options to enable or disable the changes made to the Mutant or the Squirrel separately.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The with this mod enabled, and with no other mod to make the shops scrollable, items WILL overflow!
